31 Units in the new building, one Unit in 102 Park, and two retail spaces.
Will each unit have storage?
Yes, Every Unit will have a 3x6 storage locker on the same floor as the unit
Will they have parking?
Yes, each Unit will have a designated Parking Space. The Ceiling height is high enough to accommodate a car lift if so desired.
Can I customize the apartment?
Depending on the timing of purchase, there may be an opportunity to make selections on cabinetry, counters, hardware and tile. The sooner the sale occurs, the more opportunity for customization there will be.
Do we know what will be in the ground floor space?
This has not been determined yet...the Builder is committed to making this a communal space that will benefit the residents - for example, another coffee shop, bakery or lunch venue.
Will Pets be allowed?
Pets will be allowed with some restrictions.
After purchase, may the owner rent the condo?
Yes! Unit Owners will have the ability to rent with a minimum one-year lease and board approval.
How will we be using the ancillary building (102 Park Ave)?
This building will be purchased separately and will have multi-use designation as it does now. It will likely be used as an apartment and retail space.
